1. Account Registration

All Materials included in the Service are the property of DataDoc Studio or its third-party licensors.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content, data, or materials you upload, connect, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, display, perform, reproduce, and modify your User Content specifically for the purpose of operating and improving the Service and providing the functionality you request (e.g., generating documents).

5. Google API Terms

If you choose to connect your Google account or import content from Google services (such as Google Docs), the following additional terms apply:

  • You must have the legal right to access and import any Google documents you select.
  • Your use of Google services through DataDoc Studio is also subject to Google's Terms of Service.
  • We access your Google data only when you explicitly authorize and initiate an import action.
  • You may disconnect your Google account at any time through your account settings.
  • We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DATADOC STUDIO OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
